Straight Edge & Pin Connector System

Our gym rubber tile has clean straight edges, with pre-made holes along tile sides for plastic connector pins. During installation, simply insert pins into the holes of neighboring tiles to lock them firmly. No adhesive is needed. The hidden pin connection avoids the uneven puzzle edges, delivering a smooth continuous floor surface. If one tile gets damaged, you can pull out the pins and replace only that single tile without taking apart the whole floor. Tiles can be cut on-site to fit corners, door frames and irregular spaces. The design balances easy disassembly and strong anti-shifting performance.

Premium Rubber Material & Performance

Made of recycled SBR rubber granules bonded with high-strength PU binder, this gym rubber tile offers strong impact resistance and excellent shock absorption. It buffers heavy weight drops, protects concrete subfloor and lowers impact noise. The fine granule top surface provides stable anti-slip traction for gym shoes during lifting and functional training. The rubber material resists sweat, minor spills and abrasion. It maintains stable elasticity under long hours of heavy gym use and does not easily shed rubber particles.
