Dual Layer Granule Structure

Different from single-layer rubber granule tiles, our dual-layer rubber tile is constructed with two bonded granule layers. The top fine granule layer forms a dense, even surface. It offers reliable anti-slip performance, strong abrasion resistance and is less likely to shed fine particles. The neat surface is comfortable to walk on and simple to clean. The bottom big granule layer contains larger rubber particles, creating a porous cushion base. This structure absorbs heavy impact and cuts down noise transmission. The coarse back also increases friction between tile and subfloor, preventing tile shifting during use. The two layers are firmly bonded together to avoid delamination under long-term impact.

Made of recycled rubber granules with high-strength PU binder, this dual-layer rubber tile has stable physical performance.
