Big Rhombus cow mat

Large Rhombus Groove Surface & Grooved Underside

Different from studded, hammer, I-groove or small rhombus cow mats, our big rhombus cow mat adopts wide, deep large rhombus channels across the top. The big diamond grooves create stable grip points for cow hooves. Even when the mat is covered with urine or manure, cows can stand firmly and the risk of leg injuries is greatly reduced. The spacious rhombus channels quickly drain away liquid waste and debris. The bottom side is also equipped with drainage grooves. This double-sided groove structure avoids liquid trapped under the mat, suppresses bacteria growth and cuts unpleasant odors. The dense rubber body stays stable and will not shift when cows stand up or lie down.

Premium Rubber Material & Performance

Made of high-quality NR/SBR rubber compound, this big rhombus cow mat has great elasticity and compression resistance. It can bear heavy livestock weight continuously for years without permanent dents, cracks or tearing. The non-porous rubber does not absorb water or manure. It remains flexible under cold barn conditions and maintains stable performance all year round. Cleaning work is simple: sweep loose dirt or hose down directly for disinfection.
