Rhombus Cow Mat

Rhombus Groove Surface & Grooved Underside

Different from studded, hammer or I-groove cow mats, our rhombus cow mat adopts interlocking rhombus grooves on the top. The diamond-shaped channels create multiple grip points for cattle hooves. Even when the mat gets wet or covered with manure, cows can stand firmly and reduce slip injuries. The rhombus channels guide urine and wastewater away quickly. The bottom also has drainage grooves. This double-sided groove design prevents liquid from being trapped under the mat, reduces bad odors and bacteria growth. The solid rubber base stays stable and will not shift when cows lie down or stand up.

Premium Rubber Material & Performance

Made of high-quality NR/SBR rubber compound, this rhombus cow mat has excellent elasticity and compression resistance. It can bear heavy weight from cattle for long periods without permanent dents, cracks or tears. The non-porous rubber does not absorb manure or water. It remains flexible in cold barn conditions and keeps stable performance all year round. Cleaning is simple: just sweep or hose the mat surface.
