100% EPDM Topped Gym Rubber Tile

Our 100% EPDM Topped Gym Rubber Tile is a premium two-layer fitness flooring solution built for heavy-traffic gym environments. The top wearing layer is made of pure 100% EPDM rubber granules, bonded firmly to a high-density recycled SBR rubber base. Unlike mixed or low-EPDM surface tiles, the full EPDM top delivers outstanding UV stability, consistent color fastness, and superior wear resistance even after years of intensive training use.

EPDM  is well known for excellent weather resistance, anti-aging performance and low-fade property. This 100% EPDM topped surface stays vibrant and will not turn grey or powder easily under heavy foot traffic, sweat and equipment friction. This gym rubber tile features great shock absorption and noise damping. It absorbs impact from dropped barbells and dumbbells, protects the subfloor, reduces vibration transfer and cuts gym noise, which is perfect for basement home gyms, fitness clubs, training studios and school sports rooms. The dense rubber structure resists compression, tear and abrasion, and holds stable under heavy gym equipment load.

We supply flexible customization: standard sizes 500×500mm / 1000×1000mm, thickness from 15mm to 50mm, multiple EPDM speckle colors for option. Interlocking or straight edge designs are available for quick glue-free installation, easy to replace single tile if damaged. The tile is non-toxic, low odor and can pass SGS, CE, RoHS safety tests for commercial fitness projects.
