Gym rubber puzzle tiles, also known as interlocking rubber gym puzzle mats, are modular fitness flooring designed for home gyms, commercial fitness centers, CrossFit boxes, weight lifting zones and training studios. Made of high density SBR rubber granules with optional EPDM speckled surface, these puzzle rubber gym mats deliver excellent shock absorption, noise and vibration damping when dropping barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
The jigsaw interlocking puzzle edge design allows quick glue-free installation, easy disassembly and flexible layout adjustment. You can expand or resize the workout area freely without professional tools. The textured non-slip rubber surface keeps stable grip even with sweat, effectively preventing slipping during high-intensity training.
Our gym rubber puzzle flooring is waterproof, sweat-resistant and easy to clean. Just wipe or mop to remove dust, sweat and dirt. High wear resistance makes it suitable for heavy daily training and high foot traffic. It protects your original floor from scratches, dents and equipment damage while cushioning joints for safer workouts.

Packaging
The goods are packed using export-standard pallets. They are neatly stacked, with edge protectors installed around the perimeter to prevent damage from impacts during loading, unloading, and ocean transit. A top cover is placed over the load to ensure even weight distribution across the pallet.
The entire palletized load is fully wrapped in heavy-duty stretch film to provide dust and moisture protection, making it suitable for long-distance container shipping. High-strength PET strapping is applied at multiple points to securely fasten the goods and prevent shifting during transport.
The packaging structure is robust and forklift-friendly, effectively enhancing container loading efficiency while ensuring reliable protection for the products throughout the entire shipping process.
