Product Description

This food safe NBR sheet has outstanding resistance to edible oil, animal fat and common food solvents. It keeps stable dimension without swelling when contacting grease. It features good tensile strength, low compression set, abrasion resistance and flexible performance. Working temperature ranges from -30°C to 120°C.

Smooth dense surface makes it easy to clean and disinfect, prevents bacteria growth. Widely used for food machinery gaskets, worktable mats, dairy & beverage equipment seals, pharmaceutical sanitary liners and cold storage sealing parts.

FDA NBR Rubber Sheet is food grade nitrile rubber sheeting complying with FDA for direct food contact. Made from premium nitrile rubber, it is non-toxic, odorless and nitrosamine free.

Packaging

We use standard Euro-pallets or sturdy, fumigation-free plywood pallets, reinforced with stretch wrap, edge protectors, and waterproof labeling. Our optimized packaging solutions ensure cargo safety during long-distance ocean transport and minimize the risk of damage.
