Product Description

FKM rubber sheets are ideally suited for demanding industrial applications due to their resistance to hydrocarbons, acids, alkalis, and even oxidizing agents. They maintain stable mechanical properties even at temperatures up to 250°C. Widely used in heavy industries such as oil refineries, steel mills, and chemical plants, FKM rubber sheets are also suitable for sectors with specialized requirements, such as the food industry, for applications including seals and gaskets. Additionally, FKM offers excellent resistance to high temperatures—with an operating range of -20°C to +250°C—along with low compression set and high tear and tensile strength.

They also exhibit excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, and chemicals.

Packaging

Professional packaging to make sure the products safe during the transport.To ensure the goods remain in pristine condition during storage and transport, we employ professional packaging solutions. Each roll is wrapped in two layers: plastic film and a PP woven bag. The rolls are then neatly stacked on fumigation-free plywood pallets or EU pallets that meet international shipping standards and are secured with stretch wrap and strapping bands. We install edge protectors and rubber pads at all potential contact points to prevent indentations, deformation, or damage caused by pressure, friction, or strapping. Each pallet is labeled with a detailed manifest—specifying product specifications, dimensions, and quantities—to facilitate easy identification.
